USAGE TIPS:
Diffuser: Add 1 drop oil per 20 ml of water and diffuse it to encourage relaxation when experiencing tension or tightness.
Shampoo Boost: Add a few drops to your shampoo bottle and massage into scalp.
Hit-the-Road: Apply 2-3 drops to your car essential oil diffuser to encourage relaxation and calmness in traffic or during long drives.
Massage Oil: Add 10-12 drops to one oz. of carrier oil and massage into neck and shoulders.
Ease Tension: Combine with a carrier oil in a roller bottle. Keep on hand and apply to neck and temples to promote relaxation.
Steam Treatment: Add to a steam treatment, or spray on the floor of a hot shower for a refreshing steam.
Add to Bath:Add a few drops to a warm bath for a relaxing soak.
Encourage Relaxation:Add to carrier oil and apply to temples and/or neck to encourage relaxation when feeling tension or stress. Combine with carrier oil and ginger or peppermint and apply to stomach to encourage relaxation.
Gentle Massage:Combine with peppermint and a carrier oil and rub on sore muscles and joints.
Enhance Meditation:Use during yoga or meditation to help put you in a peaceful place.
