We’re excited to help you bring high-quality home fragrance and aromatherapy products into your store, and into your customer’s homes. Policies and Procedures

GENERAL POLICIES

Pricing

Candle Warmers Etc. prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders shall be invoiced at the prevailing prices at the time of shipment.

Orders

Orders can be placed at candlewarmers.com, airome.com, by phone at 800-262-2305, or fax at email to [email protected] Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Mountain Time.

All re-orders have a $100 minimum (exception – replacement bulbs).

New Customers/Opening Orders

All new customers’ opening orders are a guaranteed sale for 90 days.

All opening orders have a $400 minimum.

Payment and Payment Terms

All new accounts are strictly prepaid by credit card. Customers may apply for terms after the initial order has been placed and paid.

Invoices not paid in full by due date will be assessed a delinquent charge of 1.5% a month (18% annually) on outstanding amount.

Backorder Policy

your order immediately. Products that are out of stock but will arrive within 21 days of your original order will be backordered and will ship as soon as they are available. You will receive an email notifying you what products were backordered and an estimated date they will be available to ship. Back-orders that are less than $50 dollars will automatically be canceled. Any discounts or promotions applied to the original order will also be applied to your backorder. If you want to cancel a backorder, please call Customer Solutions at 800.262.2305 immediately. Products that are out of stock for longer than 21 days will be canceled off your order and you will not be charged for that item. You will receive an email notifying you what products were canceled and an estimated availability date that you can re-order the item.

Third-Party Marketplace Restriction

Selling Candle Warmers Etc. and Airomé products on third-party marketplaces is restricted. Customers who list Candle Warmers Etc. or Airomé products on third-party marketplaces are subject to having their account suspended.

Shipping Policies

We normally ship orders within 5-7 business days of receipt. We strive to keep a full selection of stock available at all times for immediate shipment. Expedited shipping is available. Please contact Customer Service for details. All orders are shipped by FedEx from Salt Lake City, Utah.

Freight Cap

Shipping charges will be capped at 15% of the order amount on all orders over $300.00. Orders under $300.00 will be charged the prevailing FedEx rate. The freight cap does not apply to international locations, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, or to expedited shipping methods.

Refund/Return Policies

No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorization number. There is a restocking fee of 15% plus freight on all returns. For a full list of all our policies, please visit our website at www.candlewarmers.com.
